My name is Richard Cook.

 

In May 2010 I will be cycling over 300 miles over 6 days in France as part of the Big Battlefield Bike Ride. Fundraising for Help for Heroes.

 

My link to the services is via my Father (ex Army, Royal Engineers) and I am grateful for all the opportunities that came my way as a child through postings to Malta, Germany, St Helena and Cyprus.

 

I have a disability and am grateful for all the help I have received over the years, now  I hope I can give something back and help our injured servicemen and women.

 

As we go though life we can take the opportunity to help others.  Take it now and Help our Heroes.
