Hi all,

I'm running the Great South Run on the 25th October and have been training hard. I am raising money for Southampton Hospital Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). This is based where Sophie works and she recently interviewed one of the Nurses who won a hospital hero award and said what an amazing facility it is.
