On June 8th I will be taking part in the Blenheim Triathlon .This is my first triathlon & if my training schedule is anyhting to go by it will probably be my last !

However, I am particiapting for a very good cause.The Katharine House Hospice based in Oxfordshire cares for terminally ill patients & their families.KHH relies heavily on donation income from the community in order to run the many services it provides.This year it will cost £1.9m to run the Hospice & of this £1.3 m has to be raised privately.
