Hi, once again I am foolishly running the London marathon! For the 3rd time I will be runnning in aid of the the Cystic Fibrosis Trust,

For a bit of fun please have a guess at my predicted time!

To give a little help on my predicted time my previous marathon times are: London 2003 - 4.36.52, London 2004 - 4.06.41, London 2005 - 3.25.20 (PB), London 2007 - 3.40.42 and Windermere 2007 - 3.48.02.  Also my recent race of Blackpool 1/2 marathon - 1.35.25, Dent 14.3 miles - 1.42.11, Wilmslow 1/2 marathon - 1.32.26 and a 20 miles training run on the 16th March - 2.41
