On Sunday 18th July 2010, I will be taking part in a three day triathlon starting at Marble Arch in London and finishing at the Arc de Triomphe Paris. It involves running to Dover, swimming the channel and then cycling to Paris.

The aim is to raise as much money as possible for Crisis- who provide support to vulnerable adults in London.

Please give generously- everyone who donates will be entered into a prize draw to win two return Eurostar tickets to Paris. So as Dale Winton used to say, 'you've got to be in it, to win it!'
