For those of you that don’t know, I recently broke my ankle playing rugby, which I think has all but ended my rugby career. I am currently laid up with a non weight bearing cast.

 

Trying to turn a negative into a positive, I have decided to raise funds for Sue Ryder whilst I am laid up by growing a beard, which will be shaved off on the day that I lose my cast – I am on week 3, apparently another 4-6 to go!
