EDSA works mainly with ASSET in Cape Town, the charity that runs the Cape Flats Saturday Schools, a Teacher Development Programme and Bursaries for tertiary students.  The photo is me with the Chief Exec in October 2005.  On my visit I found the commitment of the ASSET staff and even more so the students attending their schemes frankly humbling to someone like myself from such a privileged part of the world as Europe.
