Hello all, thankyou for visiting my fundraising page.

I am running the 10k BUPA Great Manchester Run on 17th May 2009. This is the first time I have ever ran in an arranged event and so this is all new to me!! I would really appreciate if you could spare a moment and put your name down to sponsor me for this race. I have set myself a target of £300 and really hope I have underestimated.

I will be collecting money for Help for Heroes as I believe this to be a great charity and think the men and women injured in service should be looked after on their return. I have a few friends in the service and also previous familiy members, so it is a charity to which is close to me.
