As a child I was very slim and hated running. Now aged 48, one of those things has changed (and it's not running). I am on a mission to get fit and running is part of the plan. The target of running a 10k in July is just the motivation I need.

The monies raised will enable Family Rights Group to campaign for legislative and practice changes that would enable:

- more  vulnerable children, who would otherwise be in care, to be raised safely and securely by grandparents and other relatives and

- these children and carers to receive the practical and financial support they need, including help with managing contact.
