Story
My Father sadly lost his battle and was unfortunately taken away from me in April 2016. He was an amazing man, not just a father to me. He was always a strong, honest, kind, thoughtful, caring man and star to me throughout his life whereby after working hard all of his life and achieving as much as he did, was taken away from him far far too early.
He never ever had any time to enjoy his retirement; his life being cut short by a ruthless disease whereby it beat him. The only thing that he ever lost!
He deserved so much more than being taken away far to early! He still had so much to give. He would of made people laugh, smile and made sure those around him were always well and happy. Never putting himself first was his biggest attribute which ran very deep with so many.
When you look up at the stars in the evening, remember to look twice...you may see him winking at you, knowing he is now in the best place, pain free again, and is still making sure people he knew are helping get rid of this evil condition we know as cancer...eagerly awaiting when we can eradicate this horrible disease.
