Prostate caner affects 1 in 8 men in the UK, the most common cancer among men and the second most common cancer in the UK.

Every 45 minutes 1 man dies from prostate cancer, that equates to 11,000 per year. Over 47,000 are diagnosed each year, that's 129 men per day!

Men aged 50 or over are are at greater risk of getting prostate cancer and with many of my family members turning the big five-0, its time to raise awareness.

In June 2018 I will be embarking on the feat of cycling from the London Velodrome to Amsterdam Arena in Holland.
