Hey y'all!

As you can see, I've decided to channel my stage diving, keyboard smashing energy into something...a little more worthwhile perhaps.

Yup, on the 15th of August, i'll be running the Resolution 10K in aid of The Stroke Association!

They really are top bods, supplying support and care to those whose lives have been affected by stroke. Also, some of the money raised will go towards stroke research that will benefit sufferers the world over.
