Hi guys, not long left now... please give a minute to read the following.

Thanks to everybody who has donated already, and those who have updated their statuses to encourage others, it's really helped.

We really need a huge final push, I know it's the Credit Crunch, that many of you are students and that charity starts at home... etc, but don't forget that heart disease is the UK's biggest killer, affecting more people than cancer. One British adult dies from cardiovascular disease every three minutes, and many of the deaths could often have been prevented .

I think we'd be hard pushed to find somebody who hasn't known somebody who has died from a stroke or from a heart attack, and the work BHF do could really help prevent this.

Even sponsoring me a pound would be making a difference, so please don't assume that somebody else can and will do it, charities need you more than ever, and I'll be throwing myself out of a plane to prove this point!
