Erica and I are cycling to Paris from Brighton in July. We have to raise £500 each sponsorship money for a registered charity known as the Argus appeal.  We will be cycling for a total of something like 170 miles or so over 3 days

The Argus appeal involves donation to numerous charities - all involving benefits for those in great need in the Sussex area. The benefits range from providing funds for families of children with life limiting diseases to a disabled youth group.
