On Sunday 6 July, the four of us will be running the British 10k London Run in aid of St. Christopher's Hospice.  As most of you know, St. Christopher's Hospice is a very special place to us and we are keen to raise as much money as we can for this incredible charity to whom we, and anyone else who has received their help, owe so much.
