Salaam guys, 

On the 17th November (which is v soon, need to stop eating and start training lol) I’ll be trekking up Cadar Idris, an 893m high Welsh mountain, to raise money for the East Africa Famine...

20 million people from Somalia, South Sudan, Nigeria and Yemen are currently suffering from one of the worst droughts in recent times. Food prices are rising, famine is occurring and violence is constantly at hand.

1.4 million children are now severely malnourished and are at serious risk of death and disease

As-Suffa and Muslim Aid are working tirelessly to help end this hunger, quench the peoples’ thirst and giving them the hope they deserve. They're helping to send food parcels, make boreholes and set up mobile clinics to treat those affected by this crisis.
