The brain is literally your head office and damage can have a huge impact on every aspect of your life. We are passionate about helping those affected by brain injury, offering rehabilitation to individuals & families left to cope with the devastation of brain injury following hospital discharge.

Story

On May 11th 2009 I  (Gary) collapsed with a brain haemorrhage.

It came totally out of the blue…I was a happy, fit, healthy tri-athlete who lived life to the full. That day has changed my life forever.

Without the expert care and attention of paramedics, consultants, doctors, nurses of , I would have died. I had months of recovery and recuperation and as I look back over the last year I realise how lucky we are to have life and what a relatively small deal it is to give something back to the world – no matter how small. So, whilst in I decided I was going to cycle the length of the country – at that point I couldn’t walk but I was determined to get back on my feet and get fit.

Well, I’m back on my feet and along with 2 of my good friends, David and Matt, we are going to cycle 1,008 miles from John O’Grotes to Lands End on June 12th…..9 days of hell!

Thanks for reading this and for any change you can offer us – no matter how small.
