At Young Lives vs Cancer, we help families find the strength to face whatever cancer throws at them. But every day 12 more children and young people hear the devastating news they have cancer. We’ll face it all together – but we can’t do it without you. Visit www.younglivesvscancer.org.uk

Story

6th June 2014:  Happy 8th Birthday Albert!

We are a group of close friends to Albert and the Petrie family and many of us have children at school  with him.

A decision was quickly made that we would attempt the hardest cycling challenge we could find, in order to raise money to help Albert through CLICSargent!

So, we have entered ourselves into the Bristol BikeFest 12 hour mountain bike race at Ashton Court on 7th June 2014. We will race as two teams of four in a non-stop relay for 12 hours. It will hurt, but it will be worth it.

We aim to raise as much money as we can for CLICSargent, without whose help young people like Albert would have a much tougher time in their fight against cancer.

Please support us by giving whatever you can. Please help us to help CLICSargent in their tireless work for young people coping with cancer. Thank you!

Andy, Dave, Dom, Don, Gus, Huw, Mark and Steve.
