<p class="MsoNormal"><span><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; color: #1c1c1c;">On April 21st 2011 I will be cycling the entire length of Great Britain unassisted; covering over 950 miles from the top of Scotland - John O'Groats, down to the tip of England - Lands End. I aim to complete the ride in under 10 days, averaging roughly 90 miles a day. Having been knocked off by a car whilst training just two months ago, this is without doubt the craziest thing I have ever set out to do!</span></span></p>

Every year Shelter helps more than 170,000 people with a range of housing problems find and keep a home, giving them security and hope.</span></span></p>
