Story

The Dallaglio Cycle Slam 2010 – Stage 2

18th – 22nd February 2010

Nice to Paris - 5 Days - 472 miles

On the 18th February 2010 I will be taking part in the second stage of the Dallaglio Cycle Slam in aid of Sport Relief and the recently established Dallaglio Foundation.  You may have seen the article in the Sunday Times regarding this event.  All money raised will be split equally and the Dallaglio Foundation will be donating to Cancer Research UK, DebRA, Help for Heroes, Leukaemia Research and the PRA Benevolent Fund.  We are hoping to raise over £1 million.

The route coincides with the RBS 6 Nations Rugby tournament and the ride takes in the sites of all the 6 Nation countries and their Stadiums.  The second stage for me consists of 5 days cycling and 472 miles in total from Nice to Paris.  By the way, there are a few decent climbs in between.

I hope you like the photo.

Many thanks for your time.
