My personal message:

Well I completed the course in a pretty impressive 77 mins 11 secs! Quite an emotional day as well, what with the vast number of people running to raise money for a great number of causes and a unique sense of mutual respect and encouragement which I've never experienced before.

So if you're reading this then please try and donate a bit of money to the charity I'm supporting. Any sort of donation is helpful so please see what you can give.
