On the weekend of May 16th/17th Elliott Griffiths and Andrew Scales Racing will be competing in Round 3 of the British Karting Championship (Formula Kart Stars -FKS) at the picturesque location of Glan-Y-Gors in North Wales.

Elliott (race number 88) and Team ASR will be racing to raise awareness of and money for Claire House and Children's Hospice.  FKS (www.formulakartstars.com) support this initiative and have agreed to promote fund raising and awareness over the weekend.

The kart will carry promotional livery and the team will don special event teamwear to help raise awareness.  On Sunday, information leaflets will be distributed by, errrr, pretty girls (!), and a collection around the venue will take place during the lunch break.

Please feel free to come along and support Elliott but, most of all, please contribute to help this very special charity - they have to raise voluntary finds of over £180k a month just to keep going - a staggering amount that many established businesses would aspire to.
