I did it!!!  And in a record time  - for me!!

 

My official finishing time is 3 hours, 40 minutes and 29 seconds!!!  Beating the time I ran the Paris Marathon (when I was 32!) by a couple of minutes, and my last London Marathon (5 years ago) took me 3 hours, 53 minutes and 40 seconds.  So, let's hear it for the oldies....

Running this last Marathon was an amazing experience.  The training was extremely time consuming and so worth it for the enjoyment (no really!) I had on the day.  Just goes to show what you can do with a bit of practice!!!  However, I won't be running another one....
