The EDT are the largest provider of STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) enrichment activities for UK youth.

Their range of work related learning schemes provide opportunities for 11-21 year olds to enhance their technical, personal and employability skills through industry-led projects, industrial placements and specialised courses.

During my secondary school carreer I was lucky enought to take part in an EDT run scheme, The Engineering Education Scheme. 

I believe this experiance was one of the main infuencing factors in my carrer choice. As I am now a qualified engineer with ARUP I feel it is time to give something back.
