3 Peaks Challenge with Informa · 23 May 2015

The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

Story

On May 23rd-24th 2015  I will be climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon (in that order) in 24 hours - including travelling between them. There will be sore knees and feet, awkward moments when I'm the only one singing valderi valdera, limited sleep but plenty of flapjacks.

This is a pretty huge and daunting task for me (given fitness level as of December 2014) but nothing will spur me on to get in shape in time and complete the challenge than knowing that you've supported me (and the Prince's Trust) to do it.

In fact, I'll feel positively compelled. Please, you have the power to make me do it.

Here's a bit about the charity we're supporting with this event:

Many people in the UK today are still born into extreme poverty and adverse circumstances. The Prince's Trust charity makes a huge difference by offering support that's been missing and showing people how they can achieve their goals through training and by boosting self confidence. Thanks for your support.
