I am running the London Marathon for the second time and hoping to  beat my time of 4 hours 16 minutes last year.  To do this I plan to do slightly more than 2 weeks training!!!!

The Dog's Trust have kindly provided me with a place and I have pledged to raise £1,500 to help provide care and shelter for dogs that may have been abandoned and mal-treated and are no longer able to be re-homed.

As you can see, raising this sort of money is as challenging, if not more challenging than the run itself, so please dig deep and sponsor me online.
