Back in the summer of 2013  a group of good friends met up for a BBQ & after a few beers (& spicy chicken wings) later decided to make 2014 a year of a challenge. As we're all past the wrong side of 38! we're all having a mini midlife crisis & need to still prove we're the same fit, virile (ahem) men we all used to be. So was born a cycle challenge (rowing to France on hold). Hazar!!

I have chosen DogsTrust for my charity, I have mischievous, young Jack Russell & although runs me ragged daily I would not be without him & has bought bags of joy & fun to my life. I know my dog is one of the lucky ones as we take great care of him, unfortunately not all can be said for the numerous abandoned dogs or the sorely mistreated that are left to lead a sad & unhappy life.
