BUPA Great Manchester Run 2008 · 18 May 2008 ·

The National Autistic Society is here to transform lives, change attitudes and create a society that works for autistic people. There is still so much to do to increase opportunities, reduce social isolation and build a brighter future for autistic people. With your help, we can make it happen.

Story

UPDATE: I completed the BUPA Great Manchester Run in 61 minutes 31 Seconds, which I was really happy with.

Thanks so much for everybody's support so far!

Guys & Girls

I will be undertaking 2 runs for the National Autistic Society during 2008. The comedy of watching me huff & puff my way around Manchester & Newcastle followed by the obligatory cramp and whining should be quite enough to get you to donate to such a worthy cause!!

The BUPA Great Manchester Run 2008 will be held on Sunday May 18 over 10km. I have pledged to raise £200 from this event. All help will be much appreciated not only by me but by the NAS who do such great work throughout the UK to help people with autism and their families.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: National Autistic Society will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor me now!

Many thanks for your support.
