Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm training hard for the Lake Vyrnwy Half Marathon which i'm running in aid of Severn Hospice. It'll be the toughest race I've taken part in to date and will be a real milestone of an achievement considering little over a year previous I'd get out of breath running for the bus !!
