I'm competing in the Dorney Lake Sprint Triathlon, the Bristol Olympic Tri and the New Forest mid distance Tri (1.9k swim, 90k bike and 20k run) during 2012 in order to raise money for one of the charities being supported by the Jelf Sales Academy.
