Thanks everyone for the fantastic generosity, can't believe how much we've raised in a day! Had a 10 mile preliminary ride to Broughton tonight, feeling good. Thought now would be a good idea to introduce the Bumometer, a scale measuring how much of a pain in the arse (literally) that the cycling's been. At present, it's a 3 out of 10. Well, It's a bit of a last minute entry but I've decided to join the Hull gang and cycle with them on the Lincoln to Scunthorpe leg of the Hull Education Centres Bike-a-Thon, 30 miles of pure endurance!

We're raising money for some great causes so please please please help us out and dig deep. I can't remember the last time I've done anything for sponsorship so I'd love to raise at least £100, a challenge itself in only a few days, help me do it!
