It’s Rob, some of you may know me as a member of a local band ‘CRAZY HORSES’, and this is me indulging my other main pursuit- cycling.

So, some idiot in the band decided it would be a good idea to cycle to our mates in, HELSTON, CORNWALL for a charity gig! Then on to LANDS END-  “ C’mon lads- it’s only 300 miles, we can do that in 4 days- can’t we?” was the shout!

So September 15^th sees us off on our long trek, support van in tow in aid of Brain Tumour Research and in my case, British Heart Foundation. I am sure you will agree both worthy causes.
