Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.

This will be my first EVER marathon so I'd be grateful for as much support as possible. I have this option, there will be a couple of fund-raising events between now an 18th April, and there is always the sponsorship form if this is your preferred method!

===========================================================================================

5th March - BM - 43. 120 minutes had to be enough. It was great running east along the Worthing prom today, but there was a cold westerly breeze and there was me in my short-sleeved tee-shirt - it was blooming cold running west!

4th March - Having now recovered from my exploits on Tuesday morning, it will have to be back to training again tomorrow (Friday) afternoon! I will need to achieve 150 minutes this time!

2nd March - BM - 46. Having done my first 100 minutes I get an inkling - albeit vague - of what 300 minutes will be like. It's gonna hurt! Still if Helen Skelton can kayak 2000 miles on the Amazon, then surely I can run 26 miles 385 yards in the Brighton&Hove/Rottingdean area?

1st March - Preparation for Brighton Marathon in April has begun. We have a Coffee Morning here on Saturday 6th March 10.00 am - 12.00 noon. Do come along so that you can sign-up to sponsor me!

22nd February - Supposed to be out on a training run this morning in preparation for the Brighton Marathon (18th April) but I refuse to go out into the rain to do so. I might have to find a gym somewhere!

22nd February - Many thanks to those who took part in the Fun Family Quiz Night last Wednesday. £77 pounds was raised in sponsorship "deals".

Rob
