Welcome; Myself and Dervla kirwan ( of ballykissangel fame ) are training hard to complete a massive challenge.

Sunday Oct 24th we are to run the 10 mile Great South Run in Portsmouth, once we are done we will then head straight to Southampton airport and fly to Dublin, and on Monday Oct 25th we will then run the 26.2 mile Dublin Marathon.

Training is going fantastically well and Dervla is up to a good 10 miles with 3months just over to go.
