Hi everyone.  

                       In September we will be cycling from Sao Paolo to Rio in Brazil as part of a fundraising effort for Regain - the charitable trust for sports tetraplegics.  They help loads of people who have received spinal cord injuries get back into leading an active life after a spinal cord injury.  They have helped Rob in the past and continue to help many with financial, emotional and practical help and support on how to cope and move forward after a life changing spinal cord injury. 

Finding time for all the training has been tricky, but the sun is helping to persuade us to get out a bit more.  Rob has jus got his new and improved hand bike, so we're hoping to 'blitz' the training over the next 6 weeks!!

Any money you can donate to this cause will make a big difference to someone who has been stopped in their tracks by an unexpected road accident, rugby injury, horse riding accident, diving injury, cliff fall (like Rob) or other cause of injury.  These are the sorts of things that could happen to you or someone you know out of the blue and without notice.  Please help by donating as much as you can afford to the charity that helps those that these terrible accidents happen to.  Thanks in advance for your generosity and time,
