My personal message:

*Update* 17/3/08 - The day after the race! I am in complete pain, but very happy with my result. I completed the Half Marathon in 1 Hour, 42 Minutes and 15 Seconds which has knocked 7 Minutes off of my Personal Best time from last year!, Fundraising is ongoing, but I am now focused on topping the £500 mark. Many Thanks for all our help and support, you guys are all stars!

*Update* 6/3/08 - Just Ran 12 miles in 1 Hour 30 Minutes :)

*Update* February 2008 - Now running 6-10 miles 3 times a week

*Update* 4/2/08 - I have now Recieved my Race Number - 4162!

*Update* 28/1/08 - Just completed a 10.4 mile run!

*Update* 21/1/08 - I am now gathering pace! Ran just over 6 miles on saturday and continuing the 4 miles every other day with a run in the wind this evening!!!

*Update* 14/1/08 - Training is now fully underway! Doing 4 mile runs every other day and now Officially On the Fast Food and Alcohol Detox!

Hello and Welcome!

My Name is Robbie, I am 25 and I live in Trowbridge, Wiltshire. I will be taking part in the Bath Half Marathon on the 16th March 2008.

This will be my second Half Marathon after I Completed the event in 2007 raising money for ASTHMA UK as I have been a sufferer for more than 21 years. I will be raising money again this time but for the

"Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation"

The reason for this is simple. My best friend sadly lost his Dad to Lung Cancer this year. His Dad was also a friend of mine, so I will be running in his memory.
