UPDATE:  I finished the course in 4:22:15 and was delighted.  A huge thank-you to everyone who has pledged money or is about to.  The support from everyone has been fantastic from the moment I decided to take on this challenge.

The money raised is going to be used directly by the Farnborough Branch of Samaritans to enable us to take calls from our local community and  around the country.
