On 25th December 2010 our beloved father Robert died suddenly from heart failure associated with ischaemic heart disease.  We have chosen this charity to honour his memory.  We have chosen British Heart Foundation due to the amount of work that they do to prevent deaths like Dad's and so that through our terrible loss some good can come.  We think this is what Dad would have wanted. 

 We are overwhelmed by the sheer generosity of our friends, family, and strangers who have donated to us. We cannot get over how much we've raised!

Carla completed the London Marathon 2013, in an incredible time of 3.40! We are extremely proud of her, and a bit terrified of her nutcase tendencies!

We are doing this to honor Dad and Carla is training really hard so please sponsor us even if just a small amount!
