On 1st June I'm heading off to Penzance by train with two friends, and former Prudential colleagues, Chris and Martin. Over the following 12 days we will be cycling the 950+ miles from Lands End to John O'Groats. This represents quite a significant physical, not to mention organisational challenge. The three of us, who have a combined age of over 130, have been training for some time. I have been diligently carbo-loading and have even done a bit of cycling in preparation for the task ahead.

I am raising money for Cancer Research UK and would really appreciate any donation that you are able to make, no matter how large or small.
