Prudential Ride London - Surrey 100 · 10 August 2014 ·

At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.

Story

On 10th August I'll be swapping my kids trailer for racing wheels and taking part in the Prudential Ride 100 as part of the Lloyds Commercial Banking team. It's a 100 mile (162k) road race starting in the Olympic stadium. We take a scenic route through the (hilly!) Surrey countryside before ending in the Mall over 5 hours later...

My family has seen first hand the impact Alzheimers can have on an individual and the people around them; and I want to help make a difference. Money raised will be used by the Alzheimers society to improve the care and support for people living with dementia.

Thank you for helping me to raise as much money as possible for this very worthy cause.
