Thanks for taking the time to visit the "Lets Get Ready To Mongol" Mongol Rally 2010 team's JustGiving page.
We're driving nearly one third of the way around the world to raise money for The Mercy Corps to help rural and poor communities in Mongolia. We are putting a lot of time and effort into the rally and hope that you will show your appreciation by donating money to sponsor us in this momentous event.
How will your money help the Mercy Corps and the people of Mongolia?
£6.50 will allow one unemployed or low income person to attend a business skills
training course.
£26 will enable an unemployed woman to attend a 30 day training course on
vegetable growing.
£60 will provide text books for pupils in 5 rural schools.
£120 will provide a group of 20 people with life changing business skill trainings.
£320 will buy tools such as sewing machines, shoe mending kit or farming tools
to help poor families generate an income for their family.
£400 will pay for a school library to be fully stocked with books
