OK, I completed the 100 rounds, It was a great day, good catching up with some old TKD freinds. I got to spar with Batman, Superman and Captain America amongst others. Thanks to all those who have donated, this page will stay open for a couple more weeks. £130.00 quid raised here and another £80 for Mind.

I've decided to come out of my Tae Kwon Do retirement (I stopped 2 years ago) to do this charity event. I will collect sponsors for the official charity, Mind, through normal chanels. But for those of you I can only reach online I would ask that you sponsor me for Cancer Research UK.

We have all, I'm sure, been affected in some way by this disease, either directly or through someone close to us. I hope my 100 minutes of fighting inspires you to donate, as I have been inspired by those who fought this disease.
