I am one of the most unfit people you could possibly meet - and my lack of enthusiasm for any kind of exercise is legendary amongst my friends.

However, the opportunity to raise money for the Charlie Waller Memorial Trust by running through my home city of York, was too much to resist - even for me. Charlie was my much-loved nephew and this is a wonderful chance to honour his memory and to raise money to help with the treatment of depression.
