Myself and Peter Skelton will be riding approximately 1000 miles from Land's End to John O'Groats on our push bikes.
Well we have now done the bike ride, averaging 78 miles a day! The longest day was 131 miles. for 14 days, about 1100 miles in total! Most tired day was riding past Hadrian wall, when i got the "bonk" and had to stop and eat 4 or 5 mars bars to get going again!
I burned about 5000 calories a day and lost 10 kg's in weight! and 4 inches off my waiste line!
