As most of you will know, I was diagnosed with dilated cardiomypathy in April 2008. Through a friend at Nottingham Rugby Club, we learnt about this Fun Run and thought that it would be a good idea to give a little back. I have to say, I will be walking, although the rest of the family will be running. The good news is that I am up to it!
