Hi everyone I will be completing the coastal trail marathon on sunday 27th of febuary raising money for help for heroes, this marathon is harder than a standard marathon due to the terrain underfoot on the trails, the elevation differences and the Devon weather in February! my target time will be under 4:30, the course average is about 5hrs, please sponsor me and help evreybody serving our country.
