The Brigitte Trust has been special to my family for many years.
The Trust offers support at the end of life to the whole family - often enabling a carer to take a much-needed break and for a family to share some of their anxieties about the future. The same volunteer visits weekly and offers practical help such as shopping, driving and cooking. Often just sitting and listening makes a big difference.
