My Cotswolds Triathlon on 4th September was in memory of Jack Rohman. Until now I'd been swimming, cycling and running triathlons for myself. This one was for my cousin.

Jack was a brilliant young man in so many ways. But tragically he took his life while suffering from schizophrenia, on 31st January 2011. 

Unfortunately I have had to pull out of the event due to a back and neck injury. My sincerest apologies for not being able to fulfil the pledge this time and my thanks to everyone who has already donated to Rethink.

If you would still like to pledge money to the charity you can still do so.

Please, if you can, make a contribution to the mental health charity, Rethink, which supports young people with schizophrenia and their families.
