We finished the course after six days and somewhere around 700k of running, cycling and swimming - arriving exhausted but in good spirits at the Butt of Lewis.  We had experienced both the best and the worst weather the Hebrides could offer from a force 8 gale with heavy rain and low cloud on Monday to near Mediterranean sunshine on Friday afternoon.  We had a fantastic time on the Islands and are already planning how we will go about the race next year!

I have well exceeded my original fund raising target and I am deeply grateful to everyone who has supported me and the great work that Princess Alice do in our community.
