Ryan is the 5 year old son of my god-daughter Julie, he has neuroblastoma, an aggressive childhood cancer and has been fighting this disease since the age of 22 months. We know of the medical procedures Ryan has had to endure over the past 3 years and how extremely traumatic and demanding they are on him.

Our family are keen to help raise funds to enable continued treatment and the chance of a happy, healthy future.
